Leading learning practices in my current context is a everyday activity.
Whether its a formal leadership role, or the informal job role of encouraging and directing students to engage in learning.
After completing this unit, I hope I can broaden my understanding of leading a learning practice, and reflect on findings to develop my own practice as a VET engineering teacher / learning leader.

a. Analyse leading learning practices in students’ own professional context
b. Critically reflect on the implications of students’ own investigations for contemporary leading learning practices
c. Critically reflect on the implications of their investigations for students’ own leading learning practices
d. Communicate using a range of appropriate genres and technologies
Goal 1: Critically reflect from each topic and module delivered throughout the coarse in the context of leading learning in a Vocational Education and Training sector.
Goal 2: Cross analyze findings from each assessment tasks with proposed opportunities and findings in the context of Vocational Education and Trainging.
Goal 3: Articulate readings and observations in preparation to build on my digital portfolio.
Goal 4: Participate in group discussions and learning opportunities via each topics and modules discovered.
